The product
Shadow AI List provides a directory and downloadable data sets of AI tools, with a risk-informational ranking (the AI Exposure Index). A free tier and paid one-time and subscription tiers are offered.
License
Paid pack data is licensed to you for your own and your organization's internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the paid data set as a competing product. The free top-100 and the public API may be cited and used with attribution to Shadow AI List.
No warranty
The data is provided "as is", compiled from public and proprietary signals and best-effort verification. It may contain errors or omissions. Shadow AI List is a planning aid, not legal, compliance, security, or investment advice, and is not a guarantee of any tool's safety or behavior.
Subscriptions
The annual plan renews yearly until canceled. You can cancel at any time (see Refunds and cancellation below). Downloads on an active annual plan always serve the current weekly release.
Refunds and cancellation
The pack is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase, so all sales are final and payments are non-refundable - this includes annual plans. You may cancel an annual plan at any time: cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access and weekly updates continue through the end of the period you have already paid for (no partial or prorated refund is issued). To cancel or ask a billing question, email info@airiskmanagement.ca.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow AI List's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
